On November 24, 2020 at about 6:35 pm, the Traffic Division’s VHS was notified by District 8 patrol that a Critical pedestrian Motor Vehicle Collision had occurred in the Nanakuli area.
On November 24, 2020 at about 6:04 pm, a 2012 Dodge sedan, driven by a 44 year old male with three occupants (1 adult female, 1 juvenile male and 1 juvenile female) was headed east on Farrington Hwy in the left lane.
A 62 year old adult male pedestrian was attempting to cross Farrington Highway from the Mauka side to the Makai side. Westbound vehicles stopped to let the male across and the male ran across the Highway into the path of the vehicle.

the investigation is on going.
