On 7-5-2021 at about 1059 hours a serious Motor Vehicle Collision occurred in the Kailua area involving a single motorcycle with a single rider.  The motorcycle was traveling southwest on Kaneohe Bay Drive when it made a wide turn onto the H-3 on-ramp.  The motorcycle overshot the turn and collided with a curb.  The collision caused the rider to be ejected from the motorcycle and hit her head on the roadway.  The rider was taken to Queens Punchbowl in Critical Condition (internal/head injuries). 

At this time speed and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the collision.
