The Police Activities League (PAL) began in July 1948 and offers a wide-range of sports and programs for Oahu’s youth. Sports are offered year-round and include basketball, flag football, volleyball, baseball, judo, karate, boxing, and rugby. PAL also offers cooking classes, literacy development, and cultural activities.

PAL is accepting registrations for children ages 5 to 17 years old for all PAL activities. Registrations will be accepted for the activity during the months specified. Currently we have just started Co-Ed Basketball and Volleyball registration will begin in February.
Advisors and Coaches Needed
PAL is currently short on Volunteers and Coaches for all our activities. If you’re interested in coaching any of our sports programs, please contact us. We sometimes get many kids wanting to participate but lack volunteer coaches to create a team for them. Mahalo for your support.

Junior Pinto: Ages 5 to 6 years old.
Pinto: Ages 7 to 8 years old.
Mustang: Ages 9 to 10 years old.
Bronco: Ages 11 to 12 years old.
Pony: Ages 13 to 14 years old.
Palomino: Ages 15 to 17 years old.
