We recommend that requests be submitted at least four weeks before the date of the event, BUT NO MORE THAN 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. We will do our very best and try to accommodate each request. However, we cannot make any guarantees due to overlapping requests or emergency cancellations. PLEASE REMEMBER EACH DISTRICT/DIVISION COMMAND WILL MAKE FINAL DECISION TO ACCOMODATE SPEAKER REQUESTS & RIDE-ALONG PROGRAM REQUESTS due to the safety of citizens and personnel, adequate staffing, scheduling and etc…Also, please provide us with a local contact number..
