🚧 Traffic Advisory: Saturday, July 4 🚧

If you’re heading to Waikīkī for the Hawaiʻi America 250 celebration and fireworks at Kapiʻolani Park, plan for road closures on Kalākaua Avenue:

🕔 5:00 p.m. – Partial closure from Kaʻiulani Avenue to the Kalākaua/Monsarrat split. The makai lane will be reserved for emergency vehicles. Other lanes will remain open.

🕖 7:00 p.m. – Full closure of Kalākaua Avenue from Kaʻiulani Avenue eastbound past Sans Souci Beach to the Dillingham Fountain.

✅ Roads are expected to reopen around 9:00 p.m., or when it is safe to do so.
