Punahou Overpass: HPD has opened the westbound lanes of the H1 at the Punahou Overpass. At this time, the eastbound lanes remain closed.

Pali Highway / Nu ‘uanu: HPD has closed the Pali Highway in both directions from Kamehameha Highway on the Kailua side to Waokanaka Street in Nu’uanu due to numerous downed trees. No vehicular traffic will be allowed until further notice.

Kalākaua and Seaside Avenues: HPD has closed lanes in the area of Kalākaua Avenue and Seaside Avenue due to heavy flooding.

Kapi‘olani Boulevard and Kalākaua: HPD and HFD were dispatched to the area of the Hawaii Convention Center for a large, downed tree blocking all of Kapiolani Boulevard. Lane closures are being set up at this time in the westbound lanes from Kalākaua Avenue and Kapi‘olani Boulevard.

Kāneʻohe: HPD has closed Kahekili Hwy in both directions from Haiku Road to Hui Iwa Street due to trees blocking the roadway and a mud slide.

Please avoid these areas if possible, but if you must travel, find alternate routes and please drive with caution and give as much space for responders to work safely and efficiently.
