HPD’s Homicide Detail thanks everyone who has provided surveillance footage from the Kailua Fall Festival. Detectives are seeking additional photographs or video recordings taken at the festival on Saturday, September 26, 2026, including areas near the Target parking lot at 345 Hahani Street.

Even images that do not appear to show the shooting may contain information relevant to the investigation into the death of the 30-year-old victim.
