On March 11, 2026, at approximately 8:51 a.m., District 4 Patrol Officers responded with Emergency Medical Services to a report of a wall collapse at a residence on Mokulua Drive.
Three workers were injured when an approximately seven-foot wall collapsed.
Two workers were conscious and treated and transported to a nearby hospital.
A third worker was found unresponsive and pronounced deceased at the scene.
Aalapapa Drive and Pokole Way were temporarily shut down, and Oahu Transit Services was notified.
