COLLISIONS INVOLVING SUBSTANTIAL BODILY INJURY SUSPECT
On Saturday, September 12, 2026, at approximately 10:05 a.m., a grey Sports Utility Vehicle with unknown license plate was traveling westbound on Kalanianaole Highway in the Waialae Iki area when it collided with a blue Felt bicycle, causing the bicyclist to lose control and eject onto the roadway. After the collision, the grey Sports Utility Vehicle fled northbound on Laukahi Street without rendering aid or providing information. As a result of the ejection, the operator of the Felt bicycle sustained bodily injury.
