Celebrating the Graduation of HPD’s 23rd Explorer Basic Training Class!

  • Over the weekend, HPD graduated our 23rd Explorer Basic Training Class as a part of the Law Enforcement Explorers Program (LEEP). LEEP is for young adults ages 14-20 who may be interested in a career in law enforcement. The program focuses on career, character, and social development.
