District 2 “Shop with a Hero” brings heroes and keiki together to share aloha in Mililani!

This weekend, HPD’s District 2 officers, alongside Mililani Walmart, hosted an annual “Shop with a Hero” community holiday event. The morning kicked off with a delicious breakfast provided by McDonald’s, filling hearts and bellies before the fun began.

Each participating keiki was paired with a hero from the Honolulu Police Department, Honolulu Fire Department, Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement (DOCARE), Hawaiʻi Department of Law Enforcement, Hawaiʻi Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Honolulu Ocean Safety Department, or the Military Police.
