The Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center maintains a central registry of covered offenders for the State of Hawaii.

• Covered offenders shall register at the Honolulu Police Department’s Records and Identification Division at 801 South Beretania Street Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
• Registration times are Monday through Friday, from 08:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• There will be no registrations on weekends and on State Holidays.
• Covered offender registrations at the Honolulu Police Department’s Records and Identification Division are by walk-in only.

Persons who have been convicted of certain sex offenses are required to register under the Hawaii Revised Statutes, section 846E02.
