On Nov. 26, 2025, at approximately 12:30 p.m., the suspect, Tanumafili Fotu, was charged with Attempted Murder, Place to Keep Firearm, and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Separate Felony. His bail was set at $1,000,000.
