WAIKĪKĪ— On Sept. 30, 2025, at approximately 4:35 p.m., the 66-year-old male suspect turned himself in at the Kapolei Federal Building.
District 8 CRU officers arrested him for Robbery in connection with the Sept. 29, 2025, incident at the First Hawaiian Bank Waikiki branch.
