The 47-year-old male suspect involved in the barricade situation on Skyline Drive has turned himself in and is now in police custody.
The suspect was arrested on an outstanding warrant with a $100,000 bail.
There is no longer an active threat to the public, and roadways in the area will be reopening shortly.
