Severe Storm Approaching, Be Prepared - Honolulu Police Department

Severe weather is expected this week as a developing storm approaches our islands.

At HPD, our districts have emergency plans in place and are ensuring personnel and resources are ready to respond if needed. We are also working closely with City and State partners to monitor conditions and support community safety.

Public safety is a shared responsibility. We encourage residents to prepare your home and family for potential storm impacts and check in on kūpuna, elderly neighbors, and others who may need assistance.
