Congratulations to Officer Kevin Ornido on being named District 3’s Officer of the Quarter for Quarter 2 (April–June 2026). (District 3 serves the communities from Red Hill to Village Park and Waipahu.)
Even while managing one of the district’s busiest caseloads, Officer Ornido consistently goes above and beyond. He volunteers for additional training, leads by example and is known for his dedication, reliability and positive attitude.
His exceptional work ethic, professionalism and commitment to serving our community earned him this well-deserved recognition.
