News Release: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Celso Caalim who possibly suffers from memory loss. He was last seen at his residence in the Kalihi area on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at approximately 1:00 p.m. His family and friends are very concerned for his safety and well-being.
