UPDATE: Carmen Torres who suffers from Dementia was located on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at approximately 6:00 p.m., in the Waikiki area. She is now safe with her family and friends.  Mahalo to everyone who assisted.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Carmen Torres, who suffers from onset Dementia. She was last seen walking away from the beach area behind the Hale Koa Hotel in Waikiki on Friday, April 2, 2021, at approximately 3:30 p.m. She recently moved to Honolulu two months ago. Her family and friends are concerned for her safety and well-being.
