Congratulations to Cpl. Jason Sarabia for being recognized as District 4’s Employee of the 1st Quarter in 2026! 

As a District 4 resident with 16 years of law enforcement experience with HPD, Cpl. Sarabia is committed to ensuring safety in District 4 (from Waimanalo through Kailua and Kaneohe to Kahuku). 

This award honors his excellent traffic enforcement efforts in Q1 (1/1-3/31/26) that included one reckless driving arrest and multiple citations for excessive speeding 81+ mph incidents, non compliance with the speed limit, and basic speed rules. 

This is a great example of HPD’s Safer Roads, Together campaign in action. 

We applaud Cpl. Sarabia for his dedication and commitment to serve the communities of District 4.
