On Dec. 18, 2025, at approximately 5:27 p.m., HPD officers responded to a domestic-related attempted murder in the Kapolei area.
A 40-year-old male suspect threw an incendiary device toward a 27-year-old female victim, causing a minor leg injury. The suspect fled but was later located and arrested without incident.
