On November 21, 2025, at about 12:45 PM, District 8 officers responded to a report of an argument on Kapolei Parkway. During the investigation, officers confirmed that a 35-year-old female had violated an active TRO.
While being detained, the suspect began resisting and kicked an HPD officer in the abdomen, causing injury. The officer later sought medical treatment and was released in good condition.
The suspect was arrested for TRO Violation and Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer in the First Degree.
