HONOLULU— On Oct. 4, 2025, at approximately 3:20 p.m., District 1 Patrol officers responded to Beretania Community Park regarding a stabbing incident.
Preliminary investigation revealed that two 13-year-old juveniles were involved in a physical altercation when one juvenile’s adult sister intervened and stabbed the 13-year-old victim multiple times.
Officers initiated an Attempted Murder in the Second Degree case and an Assault in the Third Degree case related to the earlier juvenile altercation. The suspects involved were located nearby and arrested without incident.
The 13-year-old victim was treated and transported to the hospital.
