On December 28, 2025, at approximately 3:40 p.m., District 8 patrol officers investigated a Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree incident near the Wai‘anae Boat Harbor.
A 34-year-old male reported that an unknown male displayed a handgun, fired one round, and pointed the firearm toward him before fleeing the area. The victim feared for his life. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is described as a local male in his 20s, about 5’7”, dark brown complexion, wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, green surf shorts, and a dark fanny pack.
The suspect vehicle is a black four-door Honda Accord.
The suspect fled, possibly eastbound on Farrington Highway. No arrest has been made. The investigation is ongoing.
