The investigation determined that a 44-year-old male went to the residence to pick up his daughter when a 76-year-old male discharged a firearm at him, missing the victim.
The victim confronted the suspect when a witness intervened and disarmed the suspect.
The 76-year-old male was arrested at the scene for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree and Reckless Endangering in the First Degree.
The 44-year-old male sustained minor abrasions and was treated at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
