District 8 CPT, SSD, and Traffic Division Officers Inspire Students at ʻEwa Beach Elementary Career Day

👮‍♂️🚔 HPD officers from the District 8 Community Policing Team, Specialized Services Division, and Traffic Division’s Solo Bike Detail, in partnership with Weed and Seed Hawaiʻi, had a great time at ʻEwa Beach Elementary’s Career Day!

Officers shared what a typical day on the job looks like, how they serve and protect the community 💙, and practical safety tips students can use every day. 👧👦 Students also got an inside look at specialized equipment and heard real-life stories from the field.

A highlight of the visit was an up-close tour of the BearCat, a patrol vehicle 🚓, and motorcycles, giving students a hands-on look at how officers work safely and effectively.
