UPDATE: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Isaiah Talbert who was wanted for a $25,000 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Promoting Pornography for Minors and Use of a Computer in the Commission of a Separate Felony. On Thursday, June 24, 2021, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Talbert turned himself in at the main police station on South Beretania Street.
