CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Devin Viela, who is wanted for a $30,000 Grand Jury Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Robbery in the First Degree. Viela is known to frequent the Kaimuki and Makiki areas.
