On Friday, May 13, 2022, at approximately 11:53 a.m., HPD Officers located Razi Ali White in the Iwilei area and placed him under arrest for an $11,000 Warrant of Arrest for Criminal Property Damage in the Second Degree and Theft in the Fourth Degree.
