UPDATE July 13, 2023 – CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Raymond Moriyasu, who suffers from a medical condition requiring medication. He was located at The Queens Medical Center on Friday, July 14, 2023, at approximately 11:37 a.m. Moriyasu is now safe with his family and friend.

News Release July 13, 2023 – CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Raymond Moriyasu, who suffers from a medical condition that requires medication. Moriyasu was last seen walking on Kalei Road near UH Manoa Lower Campus on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at approximately 8:56 p.m. Moriyasu is unfamiliar with the area and is non-verbal. His family and friends are very concerned for his safety and well-being.
