CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are still seeking the public’s assistance in locating Francisco Pangelinan, who suffers from Dementia. On Monday, May 15, 2023, at about 3:00 p.m., Francisco was captured on video surveillance crossing Kapolei Parkway from the Home Depot to the Costco parking lot. He then crossed Kalaeloa Boulevard toward the Star Advertiser Building then unknown from there. His family and friends are concerned for his safety and well-being.
