Original Post: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Manuel Kuailani, who is wanted for Escape in the Second Degree. On Saturday, May 14, 2022, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Kuailani escaped from the Waiawa Correctional Facility.
