Update 01-17/23: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Rogelio Cabebe III, who was wanted for Escape in the Second Degree.

On Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at approximately 4:55 a.m., HPD officers located Cabebe in the Ewa Beach area and placed him under arrest.

News Release: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Rogelio Cabebe III, who is wanted for Escape in the Second Degree. On Monday, January 15, 2024, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Cabebe failed to return to the Oahu Community Correctional Center after receiving a work furlough pass for the day.
