CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted for a Cruelty to Animals in the First Degree case that happened on Waiape Place in the Kaneohe area.

On Saturday, August 19, 2023, at approximately 5:30 a.m., the complainant discovered her dog deceased in its outdoor kennel. It was later discovered that the dog had numerous puncture wounds and bruises to its body. The dog was taken to a veterinary clinic where it was determined that the injuries were suspicious.
