CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect wanted for first-degree animal cruelty.

On Saturday, February 13, 2021, a cat that was shot with an arrow was recovered at the Koko Head District Park. The arrow was removed and the cat is expected to recover.
