On October 24, 1986, the body of 64-year-old Harriet A. Isaac was discovered in her condominium, located at 4999 Kahala Avenue. Investigation revealed that Isaac had been stabbed and beaten. Isaac, who lived alone, was well-known among her neighbors, but none reported observing any suspicious persons or activity in or near her residence.
