Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle Suspect

On Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at approximately 11:00 a.m., the complainant found that his vehicle had been stolen while he was hiking by Farrington Highway. The complainant used a secondary vehicle to check the surrounding area, where he observed his stolen vehicle being driven by the suspect and was able to block the roadway. The suspect rammed the complainant’s vehicle multiple times into the secondary vehicle before fleeing on foot.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown Local male, slim build, 20s, 5’4” to 5’6”, brown complexion, black shoulder length hair, wearing dark-colored shorts and yellow bandana.
