On February 20, 2026, at approximately 11:08 p.m., District 1 officers responded to a Robbery 1st at Tantalus Lookout, 2929 Round Top Drive.
A 19-year-old male and 20-year-old female were seated in a white 2017 Ford Mustang when they were approached by two unknown males. One suspect brandished a black handgun and demanded property. The male victim handed over his personal property.
The armed suspect struck the male victim in the head with the handgun and attempted to enter the driver’s seat. A struggle followed before both suspects fled on foot down Round Top Drive.
The male victim sustained an injury.
Suspect descriptions:
• Male, 5’6”–5’8”, 160–180 lbs., black hoodie and black ski mask, armed with black handgun
• Male, 5’6”–5’8”, 160–180 lbs., white jacket and black ski mask
The investigation is ongoing.
