Robbery 1

On Sunday, December 14, 2025, an unknown male suspect entered the office of a restaurant located on Kalakaua Avenue and demanded that the manager open the office safe. The suspect used force and pinned the manager against the wooden office cabinet while holding a knife to her neck/chest area and demanded that she open the safe. The suspect also threatened to kill her. The suspect took the manager’s phone during the incident and placed it in his right jacket pocket. The manager told the suspect that she did not know the code for the safe and the suspect later walked out of the office. The manager followed the suspect because she wanted her phone back. The suspect again pushed her and then later threw her phone down the hallway. The manager retrieved her phone, called 911 and the suspect fled on foot. The manager sustained several lacerations to her chest area as a result of the incident.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown Caucasian local male with a medium build, light brown eyes with a fair complexion, 30 to 40 years of age, 5’9” to 5’10” in height; wearing a gray hoodie with a white camo pattern, black long pants, black shoes, black hat and face mask, black backpack, and dark gloves.

DESCRIPTION OF WEAPON – Dark colored folding pocket knife approximately 3 to 4 inches in length.
