HPD Excluded Management Promotion Ceremony, Dec. 16, 2025

On December 16, the Honolulu Police Department held the Excluded Management Promotion ceremony, recognizing outstanding leadership.

Promoted to the rank of Assistant Chief are Elgin Arquero, Raynor Ikehara, and Brandon Nakasato.

Promoted to Major are Matthew Kurihara, Kurt Ng, Jerome Pacarro, and Brandon Yamamoto.

Promoted to Captain are Blake Arita and Marino Carreira.
