Open Lewdness

On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at approximately 1:45 p.m., an unknown male suspect was observed performing a lewd act on the property of a retail clothing store on Punahou Street in the Moiliili area. The suspect fled across Punahou Street towards South King Street.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male, 5’6” to 6’0” in height, medium build, tan complexion, black hair; wearing a black shirt, black pants, black shoes, and black and gray flannel.
