Harassment By Stalking Suspect
On September 16, 2025, at approximately 7:45 a.m., near the area of Bethel Street, the complainant observed a male following her. The complainant recognized the male from an encounter the previous week in which he was following her.
DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT: Unknown Chinese male, 5’6″ in height, slim build, fair complexion, black hair, wearing a black “American Eagle” shirt, Black “Superdry” backpack, and black eyeglasses.
