KAPAHULU – The Honolulu Police Department continues to investigate a barricade situation on Herbert Street in the Kapahulu area.
An assembly area is currently open at Paki Hale in Waikīkī for residents to wait until the scene has cleared.
Road closures are still in effect and include:
Campbell Ave. and Winam Ave. from Martha St. to Brokaw St.
Herbert St. from Kapahulu Ave. to Winam Ave.
Castle St. from Campbell Ave. to Winam Ave.
