Robbery Suspect

On Sunday, August 17, 2025, at approximately 1:50 a.m., the complainant was involved in an altercation fronting the Manifest Club on Hotel Street. While the complainant was on his back in the street, an unknown male suspect who had nothing to do with the altercation, forcibly removed the complainant’s fanny pack from his person, and he fled on foot from the area in an unknown direction.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown Micronesian male, about 20 years of age, 5’4” – 5’8” in height, 140 – 160 lbs, medium build, black hair and brown eyes, wearing a black and red hoodie, dark denim jeans, and a black backpack.
