On December 3, 2025, at approximately 5 p.m., HPD officers from the Narcotics Vice Division, assisted by the District 8 Crime Reduction Unit and the Specialized Services Division, executed a search warrant at an illegal gambling room on Old Fort Weaver Road in Ewa Beach. During the search, Narcotics Vice Division officers discovered 18 gambling machines and over $5,000 in cash, and they arrested a 46-year-old male for Promoting Gambling in the Second Degree and Possession of a Gambling Device.
