The Community Affairs Division (CAD) shall have the overall
responsibility for public touring of the Alapai headquarters.

The responsibilities shall include (but are not limited to):

A. Scheduling public tours of the Alapai headquarters;

B. Establishing procedures and guidelines for public tours
in its manual of operations; and

C. Ensuring that all touring policies and procedures
comply with security policies and procedures for the
Alapai headquarters.
REQUESTS FOR PUBLIC TOURS

All requests for public tours of the Alapai headquarters
shall be submitted to the commander of the CAD.
