To establish procedures in accordance with U.S. Postal Service
instructions for obtaining and relinquishing postal boxes for
undercover investigations.
OBTAINING BOXES
Any request for a U.S. Postal Service box for an
undercover investigation shall list the starting
and ending dates for the use of the box and the
user names (responsible sergeant and officers).
The letter shall be signed by the Chief of Police and sent to:

RELINQUISHING BOXES
Upon completion of the investigation, a written
notification shall be sent to the U.S. Postal
Inspection Service that the box is no longer needed.
