Authorized employees of the Crime Victims
Compensation Commission shall be granted
access to police reports. A review of the
original report shall take place only inside
the Records and Identification Division.
CONTROL OF COPIES OF POLICE REPORTS

The commander of the Records and Identification
Division or a designee shall ensure that police
reports and copies of police reports are not
removed from the division except in response to a subpoena.
