In the event of an air piracy (hijacking) at the
Honolulu International Airport,
RESPONSIBILITIES OF FEDERAL AGENCIES

A. The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

B. When a report is received of an actual or suspected piracy of an aircraft

C. When a report is received of an actual or suspected piracy of an aircraft
AIRCRAFT HIJACKING

When an aircraft hijacking is reported to the
Honolulu Police Department, the procedures spelled out below shall be followed:

AIR PIRACY OR THEFT OF AIRCRAFT AT OTHER AIRPORTS

When the department receives a report of air piracy
at another airport or that a small aircraft has been
stolen, the procedures spelled out below shall be followed.
