Officer Ashley Lacomette: District 4’s Employee of the Third Quarter

Honolulu Police Officer Ashley Lacomette is District 4’s Employee of the Third Quarter for her outstanding performance and dedication. District 4 is located on the east coast of O‘ahu and includes Kahuku, Kāneʻohe, Kailua, and Waimānalo.

Officer Lacomette continues to excel as a standout officer with a strong work ethic and a constant desire for improvement. During the third quarter of 2025, she issued more than 400 citations, including those for traffic, crime, and parking violations. In addition, Officer Lacomette submitted nearly 200 approved reports and made 12 arrests, resulting in 22 total charges. She is committed to making our roads safe, and her efforts in issuing traffic citations play a crucial role in deterring dangerous driving, reducing crashes and helping protect the safety of the community.

Throughout this quarter, Officer Lacomette demonstrated steady and significant improvement. Her commitment and dedication to the Honolulu Police Department, District 4, and the community she serves are exemplary.
